The Keokuk Community School District will present the All City Band Festival in Wright Fieldhouse at 7 p.m. on March 1. The annual event features the district’s entire instrumental music program.
The Keokuk Middle School Principal Jim Short will serve as master of ceremony and the event will lead off with the George Washington Fifth Grade Band. The Middle School K-Det and Concert Bands will perform next and concluding the event will be a performance by the Senior High (KHS) Concert Band. Seniors and their parents will be honored during the evening.
The instrumental directors include Donna Dahl, Krystal Bottorff and Jesse Deese. There is no admission charge and the public is invited to attend.
