Keokuk Community School District’s public early childhood program, Torrence Preschool, is located at 1721 Fulton Street. We are a premier preschool program certified by the state and our teachers are licensed by the Iowa Department of Education with Early Childhood Endorsements. Our curriculum provides an environment rich in: reading, mathematics, literacy, science, social studies, arts, social-emotional, and physical development. Teachers work closely with the Kindergarten team to make the transition to Kindergarten successful. This provides students with a foundation for future educational success in kindergarten and beyond.
